Withdrawal and Rescheduling Before Course Commencement
If you need to withdraw or reschedule, please notify us by email at least 3 calendar days before your course start date.
Requests received less than 3 calendar days before the start date will incur an administrative fee of $300.
Medical reasons
If you are unwell near your class date, please provide a valid medical certificate (MC). We will waive the fee upon receipt.
Bereavement or unavoidable circumstances
We understand that unexpected emergencies arise. Please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate your situation with flexibility.
Withdrawal After Course Commencement
Once you have started attending the course, no refunds will be provided. If you are unable to complete the course due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us at hello@fleuriste.sg to discuss whether deferring to a future intake is possible. We will do our best to accommodate where we can, but this is not guaranteed.
Payment of Administrative Fees
The administrative fee for late withdrawals or rescheduling cannot be paid using SkillsFuture Credits and must be paid via PayNow to UEN: 201503118E.
Impact on Your SkillsFuture Credit Claim
- Cancellation: Fleuriste will cancel your SkillsFuture Credit claim and subsidy application on our end. No further action is required from you.
- Rescheduling: Fleuriste will cancel your existing claim. You will need to resubmit a new SkillsFuture Credit claim for the new course run. For guidance, refer to our step-by-step claim submission guide.
