Course Registration
- All interested learners are required to register via our sign-up form and provide all necessary information for registration.
- Learners will need to provide their NRIC number and date of birth. Fleuriste will apply for the relevant subsidies and grants on the learner's behalf.
- Fleuriste will send an email upon confirmation of registration and inform the learner of the outcome.
- Upon receipt of the confirmation email, the seat is reserved. To confirm the seat, learners are required to make payment for the balance fee via the methods stated below.
- The reserved seat will be confirmed once the SkillsFuture claim has been submitted, payment via PayNow has been made, PSEA withdrawal has been submitted, or credit card payment has been completed. If none of these have been completed within 1 week of the confirmation email, we will send a reminder. Should there be no response, Fleuriste reserves the right to release the reservation to other learners on the waitlist.
- All interested learners must comply with Fleuriste's entry requirements and application procedures, which may include submission of supporting documents, attending a pre-enrolment screening, or both.

Course Fees and Subsidies
All stated course fees are inclusive of GST. Please refer to the individual course page for the full fee. The fee covers all training sessions and the course assessment. There are no separate registration or material fees. Grants and subsidies are applied for eligible learners.
- Singapore Citizens and PRs aged 21 and above are eligible for a 50% SSG subsidy.
- Singapore Citizens aged 40 and above are eligible for an additional 20% subsidy under the Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy scheme, bringing the total subsidy to 70%. This additional subsidy is not available to PRs.

Balance Payment Methods
After subsidies have been applied, the remaining balance can be paid using one or more of the following methods.
SkillsFuture Credit
If your available Opening Credits fully cover the nett fee, no additional payment is required. You may also submit a partial claim and pay the remainder via PSEA, UTAP, PayNow, or credit card.
PSEA
Post-Secondary Education Account funds may be used. Available to Singapore Citizens only, aged 30 and below (account closes at 31). If your PSEA balance fully covers the nett fee, no additional payment is required.
UTAP
Union Training Assistance Programme funding is available to NTUC union members (SC and PR). Covers up to 50% of nett fees, capped at $250/year for members below 40 and $500/year for members aged 40 and above.
PayNow / Bank Transfer
Payment can be made to UEN: 201503118E.
Credit Card
A 4% surcharge applies to all payments made via credit card.
SingPass Requirement
A valid SingPass is required to submit the SkillsFuture Credit claim and for attendance recording during the course. We regret that we are unable to accommodate any learner who does not have a working SingPass.
Attendance and Assessment
We place great importance on ensuring that all learners get the full benefit from our courses. Learners are expected to take responsibility for their learning journey.
- We strongly encourage full attendance for all classes.
- A minimum of 75% attendance is required to successfully complete the course.
- There is a mandatory assessment at the end of the course which the learner is required to pass.
Withdrawal, Rescheduling, and Cancellation
- A minimum of 3 days' notice is required for withdrawal or rescheduling. Late withdrawal or rescheduling will be subject to an administrative fee. Please refer to our cancellation policy for full details.
- Fleuriste reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or make changes to any course should unforeseen circumstances arise. Learners will be duly notified and full fees will be refunded where applicable.
General SkillsFuture Credit Eligibility
All Singaporeans aged 25 and above are eligible to use their $500 SkillsFuture Credit to pay for a wide range of approved skills-related courses. To browse eligible courses, visit skillsfuture.gov.sg/credit.
Learner Feedback
At Fleuriste, we are committed to creating a positive learning environment that encourages active learning.
- Should you have any feedback during or after the course, you may do so by emailing us at hello@fleuriste.sg.
- If you wish to keep your feedback anonymous, you may submit it via the Post-Course Evaluation surveys. Links to the surveys will be shared on the last day of the course and in our post-course email.
Certification
A Statement of Attainment (SOA) will be issued upon successful completion of the WSQ course. Instructions on how to download the certificate will be sent in our post-course email.

Other Terms and Conditions
- Right to Reject Learners: Fleuriste reserves the right to reject learners at its discretion.
- Media and Feedback Usage: The learner grants Fleuriste permission to take photographs and videos during the course. These may be used for publicity or marketing purposes. Any feedback provided by the learner may also be used for publicity or marketing purposes.
- Liability Waiver: Upon entering Fleuriste's studio, the learner acknowledges that Fleuriste is not responsible for any injury or loss of property that occurs on the premises or during any workshops, including those resulting from ordinary negligence. The learner also acknowledges that the course may involve exposure to flowers and other allergens, and Fleuriste will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or medical complications arising from such exposure.
- Personal Data Protection: Fleuriste collects personal data to properly perform the teaching, learning, research, administration, and other functions of a training provider. No training and assessment video recordings will be made available for public viewing as they include learners' personal data.
