- All interested learners are required to register for the course via our sign up form by clicking here and provide all the necessary information for registration.
- In particular, learners will need to provide their NRIC number and Date of Birth as Fleuriste will apply for the relevant subsidies and grants on the learners' behalf.
- Fleuriste will send all prospective learners an email upon confirmation of the learner’s registration and inform them of the registration outcome.
- Upon receipt of the email from Fleuriste, the seat is reserved for the learner. To confirm their seat, learners will be required to make payment for the balance fee via the methods stated below.
- The reserved seat will only be confirmed upon submission of the SkillsFuture claim, payment via PayNow, PSEA withdrawal submission, or Credit Card payment. Fleuriste will release your reservation 2 weeks before the course start date should there be no submission of the above. However, Fleuriste reserves the right to reach out to the learner to request earlier submission of the claim or payment should the attendance of the class need to be confirmed ahead of the 2 weeks stated previously.
- All interested learners must comply with Fleuriste’s entry requirements and application procedures, which may include the submission of supporting documents, attending a pre-enrolment screening, or both.
All learners must possess basic proficiency in numeracy and English, as the course and assessment will be conducted entirely in English.
Full course fee: $780 (inclusive of GST). The fee covers the training sessions and the course assessment. There is no registration or material fees, and grants and subsidies will be taken into account for eligible learners.
- Singaporeans and PRs aged 21 and above are eligible for a 50% SkillsFuture subsidy ($390).
- Singaporeans aged 40 and above are eligible for an additional 20% subsidy under the Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy scheme ($156).

After subsidies have been applied, the remaining balance can be paid using one or more of the following methods:

SkillsFuture Credits:
- If your available SkillsFuture Credit balance fully covers the course fee, no additional cash payment is required. You may also submit a partial SkillsFuture claim and pay the remaining balance via PSEA, PayNow, cash, or credit card.

- Note: This course is not eligible for SkillsFuture Mid-Career Transition Credits (the $4,000 and $500 top-ups under the Mid-Career Support Package).
- Please note that the submission period for your SkillsFuture Credit claim via MySkillsFuture must be within 60 days before the course start date (date inclusive). If your course start date is more than 60 days from the date of SFC application, the SSG-SFC portal will reject your application. For example, if the first day of your course is 1st July, you will only be able to submit the claim after 1st May.
- Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA): If your available PSEA balance covers the full course fee, no additional payment is required.
- PayNow / Bank Transfer: Payment can be made to UEN: 201503118E.
- Credit Card: A 4% surcharge applies to payments made via credit card.
A valid Singpass is required to submit the SkillsFuture claim and for attendance recording during the course.
We place great importance on ensuring that learners get the full benefit from our courses here at Fleuriste. Therefore, we expect learners to take responsibility for their learning journey.
- We strongly encourage full attendance for all classes
- There is a mandatory written and practical assessment at the end of the course which the learner is required to successfully pass
- A learner’s failure to pass the assessment will result in the learner being ineligible for any subsidies. In such cases, the learner must pay the full course fee of $780 in cash to Fleuriste.
- A minimum of 3 days' notice is required for withdrawal or rescheduling, and any late withdrawal or rescheduling will be subject to an administrative fee. For more details on our cancellation policy, please refer to the cancellation policy on our website.
- Fleuriste reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or make changes to any course should unforeseen circumstances occur. Learners will be duly notified, and full fees will be refunded where applicable.
All Singaporeans aged 25 and above are eligible to use their $500 SkillsFuture Credit to pay for a wide range of approved skills-related courses. To browse eligible courses, visit the SkillsFuture Credit website.

- If you wish to keep your feedback anonymous, you may send in your feedback via the Post-Course Evaluation surveys. The links to the surveys will be shared on the last day of your course, and again in our post-course email.
A Statement of Attainment (SOA) will be issued upon successful completion of our WSQ Course. Instructions on how to download the certificate will be sent to learners in our post-course email.

- Right to Reject Learners: Fleuriste reserves the right to reject learners at its discretion.
- Media and Feedback Usage: The learner grants Fleuriste permission to take photographs and videos during the course. These may be used for publicity or marketing purposes. Additionally, any feedback provided by the learner may be utilized by Fleuriste for publicity or marketing purposes.
- Liability Waiver: Upon entering Fleuriste’s studio, the learner acknowledges that Fleuriste is not responsible for any injury or loss of property that occurs while on the premises or during any workshops, including those resulting from ordinary negligence. Furthermore, the learner acknowledges that the course may involve exposure to flowers and other allergens, and Fleuriste will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or medical complications that arise due to such exposure.
- Personal Data Protection: Fleuriste collects personal data to properly perform the teaching, learning, research, administration, and other functions of a training provider. No training and assessment video recording(s) will be made available for public viewing as they include the learners' personal data.
