Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans may change, and you may need to withdraw or reschedule your class. To help us manage resources efficiently, please notify us via email at least 3 days before your course start date if you wish to cancel or reschedule.

Late Withdrawal & Rescheduling Fees

Any withdrawal or rescheduling requests made less than 3 days before the course start date will incur a fee of $100 per day (e.g., $300 for a 3-day course) as materials for your class would have already been purchased.

However, we are happy to waive this fee in the following situations:

  • Medical Reasons: If you feel unwell near your class date, simply provide a valid medical certificate (MC).
  • Bereavement or Other Unavoidable Circumstances: We understand that unexpected situations may arise, such as the passing of a loved one or other unavoidable emergencies. In such cases, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation with flexibility.
  • Any other situations: Please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation with flexibility.

No Refund Policy

Once you have started attending the class, no refunds will be provided for any reason. If you are unable to complete the course due to unforeseen circumstances, please let us know and we will try to explore possible alternative arrangements.

Payment & SkillsFuture Claims

  • The administrative fee for withdrawals and rescheduling cannot be paid using SkillsFuture credits and must be paid via PayNow to UEN 201503118E.
  • For cancellations, we will cancel your SkillsFuture claim and subsidy application on our end.
  • For rescheduling, we will cancel your claim, and you will need to resubmit it to ensure it aligns with the new course start date.
