I always knew I wanted to run a floral school.
But I didn’t start there.
I started Fleuriste in 2015 because I wanted to slow down and create something meaningful — with my hands, my heart, and flowers.
After seven years in banking, I found myself craving beauty, balance, and something real. Floristry became my weekend escape, and over time, that personal passion grew into something bigger.
Fleuriste began with gifting. I poured my energy into crafting arrangements that helped people express what words couldn’t — love, celebration, comfort, remembrance. Every bouquet felt like a small story I had the privilege to help tell.
And for the first few years, I was living my dream. Flowers felt so much more meaningful than numbers on a spreadsheet — they were real, tangible, and made a difference in someone’s life.
But even then, I knew it was only the beginning. I wanted more. I wanted to move from creating for others to teaching others to create — to finally fulfil my dream of running a floral school.
So Fleuriste evolved — from florist to floral school.
Not just a place to learn techniques, but a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create something beautiful with your own hands.
A place where I could grow alongside others — to share what I’ve learned, listen to their stories, and stay connected to the heart of why I began this journey.
Fleuriste was built out of love: for floristry, for thoughtful teaching, and for building a kinder kind of business — one where people matter just as much as profit.
Today, we still design. We still arrange.
But above all, we teach — with care, intention, and heart.
